GROVE RENTALS

Groups using this facility shall be responsible for cleaning and leaving the building as you found it.

Payment by check is due AT LEAST one week prior to your event.  The fee is $100 for April through September.  It is $120 for October and November. If you would like to rent our outdoor chapel along with the Grove the cost is $150.  The cost to rent the chapel alone is $85.  The Grove is closed for the months of December, January, February, and March.  Please make checks payable to St. Thomas Church Grove.  Payment can be mailed to St. Thomas Lutheran Church, 1439 Ridge Road, Hooversville, PA 15936 or dropped off at the church.  Normal office hours are Monday and Wednesday 8:30--4:30 and Friday 9:00--1:00.  However, please call before coming to make sure someone is here.​

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED.

Kitchen use is an added convenience.  Please use it wisely.  (The sink and refrigerator will be available for your use but the stoves will not.)

Check kitchen, water pumps, and restrooms prior to leaving.

Lock doors as you leave.

Do not light gas appliances.

Ball field and basketball court may be used as requested if no church events are scheduled.

You are responsible for the following:   Take your trash to the outside dumpster.  Sweep the main hall.  Lock all doors when leaving.
